The National Commission for the Financial Market of Moldova issued Decision No. 23/6 on 7 May 2024 to register IRI-PERSPECTIVA Joint Stock Company's restructuring and capital increase in the Register of Securities Issuers. The decision increases the nominal value of ordinary and preferred named shares from 10 lei to 300 lei, boosting total share capital by 582,900 lei to 603,000 lei across 2,010 shares. Effective immediately upon adoption, the ruling is published in the Official Monitor and remains appealable within 30 days.
