The National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF) issued Decision No. 22/1 on 30 April 2024 to formally register „SALINA” Joint Stock Company’s restructuring of prior securities issuances and its share capital increase in the Register of Securities Issuers. The ruling mandates increasing the nominal value of registered ordinary shares from 5 lei to 16 lei and raising total share capital by 192,357 lei from equity to a final amount of 279,792 lei across 17,487 class I shares. The decision takes effect immediately upon adoption, allows a 30-day appeal period, and requires publication in the Official Monitor of Moldova and on the CNPF website.
