On the Registration in the Securities Issuers Register of Joint Stock Company ACCENT ELECTRONIC
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova issued a decision to register the reduction of the share capital of Joint Stock Company ACCENT ELECTRONIC in the Securities Issuers Register. The capital reduction amounts to 44,941,720 MDL, achieved through the cancellation of 44,941,720 treasury shares, resulting in a new capital of 34,055,854 MDL divided into 34,055,854 ordinary shares. The decision entered into force upon adoption and was published in the Official Monitor and on the Commission's website.
