Following the examination of the application of the Professional Football Club "MIGDAL SGP" JSC (registered with the National Financial Commission (CNPF) under No. 10353 on 26.12.2025) regarding the registration in the Securities Issuers Register of securities according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the related documents, submitted in full volume on 23.01.2026 (registered with CNPF under No. 402), under the authority of Law No. 1134/1997 on joint-stock companies, art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), art. 18 para. (3), art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Commission, the Instruction on the stages, terms, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, pts. 19 and pts. 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022), The National Financial Commission DECIDES:

1. The securities are registered in the Securities Issuers Register according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of the
   Professional Football Club "MIGDAL SGP" JSC (IDNO 1002608000865, MD-2005, Chisinau, Al. Vlahuta 9/A st.), in the amount of 550,000 MDL, in the number of 5,500 nominal ordinary shares, from the equity capital. The share capital of the company, after the increase, will amount to 620,000 MDL, divided into 6,200 nominal ordinary shares, with a nominal value of one share of 100 MDL and with the identification number MD14MIGD1002.
2. This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to
   the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.
3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient
   according to legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
