(3), Art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Commission of the Financial Market, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018) and points 16, point 19 and point 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022), The National Commission of the Financial Market DECIDES:

1. The securities according to the report on the results of the VI-th issue of bonds, within the framework of the Offer Program (IV), of Commercial Bank "MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK" SA (IDNO 1002600003778,
   MD-2012, Chisinau, 31 August 1989 St., No. 127), in the amount of 200,000,000 lei, in the number of 10,000 registered bonds of the VII-th class, with a nominal value of 20,000 lei per bond, with a circulation term of 3 years, with a floating interest rate, connected to the weighted average rate of interest on new deposits attracted in total for the banking sector (in national currency), with a term from 6 to 12 months, published on the official website of the National Bank of Moldova (www.bnm.md) on the date of the first day of the public offer period (07.09.2026) and which is modified annually on the same date (month and day) + the fixed margin of 1.50%, being paid monthly, with the ISIN code MD1004000284.
2. Commercial Bank "MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK" SA, on each annual modification
   date of the interest rate, according to the provisions of the prospectus, will make public, in the same manner established for the publication of the prospectus, a notice, specifying the concrete annual interest rate, modified according to point 1.
3. This Decision may be contested by filing a preliminary application to the CNPF
   (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.
4. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient according
