On the Registration in the Securities Issuers Register of the Reduction of the Share Capital of BESWEET Joint Stock Company
The National Financial Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 60/6 on December 16, 2025, to register the reduction of the share capital of BESWEET Joint Stock Company. The decision mandates a decrease in capital by 3,252,816 MDL through the reduction of the nominal value of shares from 12 MDL to 3 MDL, resulting in a total capital of 1,084,272 MDL divided into 361,424 ordinary shares. This ruling becomes effective upon adoption and is subject to appeal within 30 days via a preliminary request to the Commission.
