On the Registration in the Securities Issuers Register of the Reduction of the Social Capital of JSC ELIRI
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 50/6 on October 20, 2025, to officially register the reduction of social capital for JSC ELIRI. The decision mandates a decrease in capital by 5,996,592 lei through the reduction of the nominal value of shares from 10 lei to 1 lei, resulting in a total capital of 666,288 lei divided into 666,288 shares.
