(3), Art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6), Art. 22 para. (3) and Art. 25 para. (2) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018) and items 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022), The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. The securities based on the report on the results of the eighth issue of bonds, within the framework of the Offering Program, of MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK SA Commercial Bank (IDNO 1002600003778, MD-2012, Chisinau, 31 August 1989 St., No. 127) are registered in the Issuers Register of Securities, in the amount of 148,940,000 lei, in the number of 7,447 Class VI registered bonds, with a nominal value of 20,000 lei per bond, with a circulation term of 3 years, with a floating interest rate, connected to the weighted average interest rate on new deposits attracted in total in the banking sector (in national currency), with a term from 6 to 12 months, published on the official website of the National Bank of Moldova (www.bnm.md) on the date of the first day of the public offering period (27.11.2025) and which is modified annually on the same date (month and day) + a fixed margin of 1.0%, paid monthly, with the ISIN code MD1004000219.
2. MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK SA Commercial Bank, on each date of annual modification of the interest rate, in accordance with the provisions of the prospectus, will make public, in the same manner established for the publication of the prospectus, a notice, specifying the concrete modified annual interest rate in accordance with point 1.
3. This Decision may be contested by filing a preliminary application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.
4. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
