On the removal from the Register of issuers of securities of the securities previously issued by the Joint Stock Company "DETA"

Following the examination of the application of the Limited Liability Company "DETA" (registered with the National Commission of Financial Market (NCFM) under No. 9462 on 15.10.2026) regarding the removal of securities from the Register of issuers of securities, as well as the documents related thereto, pursuant to Law No. 1134/1997 on joint stock companies, Art. 8 letter m), Art. 18 para. (3), Art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Commission of Financial Market, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, manner and procedures for registration of securities (NCFM Decision No. 13/10/2018), item 16, item 19 and item 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Commission of Financial Market (NCFM Decision No. 57/11/2022),

The National Commission of Financial Market DECIDES:

1. There are removed from the Register of issuers of securities, as a result of the reorganization through transformation into the Limited Liability Company "DETA", the securities previously issued by the Joint Stock Company "DETA" (IDNO 1004600007437), in the number of 1 000 ordinary shares and with the identification number MD14DETA1005.

2. This Decision may be contested by submitting a preliminary request to the NCFM (MD-2012, mun. Chișinău, bd. Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt, nr. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.

3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the addressee in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the NCFM (www.cnpf.md).
