Operationalisation of Past Risk and Return Verification Agency (PaRRVA)
Care Ratings Limited is recognized as the Past Risk and Return Verification Agency (PaRRVA) with the National Stock Exchange of India acting as the PaRRVA Data Centre. Registered Investment Advisers and Research Analysts must enroll with PaRRVA by August 03, 2026, to communicate certified past performance data, which is permitted only until May 03, 2028. The composition of the PaRRVA oversight committee is revised to include representatives from the PaRRVA, the Data Centre, intermediaries, an investor association, and an independent chairperson, requiring a minimum of five members with a majority of independent representation.
