Order on Approval of the Description of Sections and Schemes of XML Files for Electronic Form Information on Transactions by Issuers of Financial Instruments
The National Commission for Securities and Stock Market approves the XML file structure and XSD schemas for electronic reporting of insider transactions by issuers of financial instruments. The order mandates the use of specific schemas (IrregPr.xsd, IrregPrZm.xsd, IrregPrInfo.xsd) and defines detailed data elements for reporting transactions by managers and closely related persons, including aggregated data for purchases and sales exceeding 200,000 UAH. It repeals Order No. 17/20/3690/S01 and enters into force on August 1, 2026.
