Order on Approval of the Description of Sections and Schemes of XML Files of the Electronic Form of Reporting Data of Organized Capital Market Operators
The National Commission for Securities and Stock Market approves the XML file structure and schemas for reporting data submitted by organized capital market operators, replacing Order No. 7 of January 19, 2016. The electronic reports must be submitted as Report.xml files conforming to specific XSD schemas (NregExch.xsd, DayExch.xsd, MonthExch.xsd) and utilize the Commission's reference system. Corrected data must be submitted within established deadlines with a corresponding record in the DTSSuprovod structure. This order enters into force on May 1, 2026.
