Order on Approval of the Description of Sections and Schemes of XML Files of the Electronic Form of Reporting Data of Investment Firms
The National Commission for Securities and Stock Market approves the description of sections and schemes for XML files containing electronic reporting data from investment firms, specifying the use of IrregTrds.xsd for irregular data and MonthTrds.xsd for monthly data. The order mandates that corrected data be submitted with a specific record in the DTSSuprovod structure and repeals the previous order dated 25.09.2025 No. 17/20/3026/C01. This regulation enters into force on 01.07.2026 and applies to investment firms required to submit reporting data to the Commission.
