Order on shareholding reports and digital platform establishment at Stock Exchanges

Listed companies and mutual funds must submit shareholding and unit holding positions to the Commission within 15 days of each quarter's end, while Stock Exchanges must submit monthly summaries within 15 days of each month. The order repeals previous requirements under Regulation 35(1) and Order No. SEC/SRMID/2004-08/1116-239, directing both Stock Exchanges to immediately launch an integrated online data-gathering and dissemination platform. Stock Exchanges must maintain authenticated records in both soft and hard copies and report the platform's commencement to the Commission within 15 working days. This order takes immediate effect.
