No.-BSSEC/CMARRCIDI/2009-193/15- The Securities and Exchange Commission hereby issues the following directives under Schedule 36 of the Securities and Exchange Commission (Market Banker and Portfolio Manager) Rules, 1996, pursuant to Directive No. 14, which shall remain in force until further order:

(1) The provisions of the Commission's Order No.-BSSEC/CMARRCIDI/2021-388/01 dated January 14, 2021, shall come into effect from January 1, 2022.

(2) All other conditions of the Commission's Order No.-BSSEC/CMARRCIDI/2021-388/01 dated January 14, 2021, shall remain unchanged.

(3) The Commission's Order No.-BSSEC/CMARRCIDI/2021-388/06 dated March 7, 2021, is hereby revoked.
