In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 17 of the Depository (Operational) Regulations, 2003, the Securities and Exchange Commission has declared the shares of Industrial Development and Leasing Company of Bangladesh Limited, Sandhani Life Insurance Company Limited, and Square Textiles Limited as eligible securities with effect from 26 April 2004.

As a result of this declaration, from 27 April 2004, the shares of Industrial Development and Leasing Company of Bangladesh Limited, Sandhani Life Insurance Company Limited, and Square Textiles Limited shall not be traded on Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited and Chittagong Stock Exchange Limited except by CDBL participants.
