OSC investor warnings and alerts for August 11 – September 1, 2026
The Ontario Securities Commission warns Ontario investors that Trin Wealth, Lumixus Global Securities Ltd, Lumixus Canada Securities Ltd, Nexora Groups, Independence Financial LLP, DIGIFUNDS FINSERVICES LTD, and Crown Gate Flow are not registered to deal or advise in securities in Ontario. Investors who have been approached by these entities are advised to contact the OSC Contact Centre at 1-877-785-1555 or via email at inquiries@osc.gov.on.ca. The Commission urges individuals to check the registration of any person or business offering investment opportunities using the Check Before You Invest or Crypto businesses pages on the OSC website.
