OSC settles three cases involving breaches of director and officer bans
The Ontario Securities Commission settled alleged breaches of director and officer bans with Mr. Taylor Carr, Mr. Trevor Rosborough, and Mr. Christopher Candusso. Each individual admitted to misconduct, agreed to an additional director and officer ban, and paid an administrative penalty for breaching Ontario securities law. These settlements address specific failures to comply with prior Tribunal-ordered bans prohibiting them from acting as a director or officer of any issuer.
