The resolution exempts individuals from income tax on dividend income and applies a 5% profit tax rate to dividends received by non-resident legal entities from Uzbek shares, while also exempting interest income from corporate bonds for both individuals and legal entities. It authorizes the privatization of state-owned shares in listed companies through initial and secondary public offerings, permits foreign banks and investment intermediaries to conduct underwriting activities under an experimental scheme until December 31, 2023, and allows local issuers to place shares on foreign markets after initial placement on the Tashkent Stock Exchange. Additionally, it grants shareholders the right to demand share repurchase if a company is delisted, establishes a 0.3% fee for off-exchange securities transactions, and mandates the development of roadmaps for each enterprise scheduled for public offering.
