Article 2 (Conclusion of Transaction Agreements) ① For deposit transactions, the Director of the Financial Business Bureau of the Bank of Korea (hereinafter referred to as the "Director of Financial Business Bureau") or the Head of a Bank of Korea Regional Headquarters shall be the Bank of Korea Deposit Handling Manager, and the Director of the Financial Settlement Bureau of the Bank of Korea (hereinafter referred to as the "Director of Financial Settlement Bureau") or the Head of a Bank of Korea Regional Headquarters shall be the Bank of Korea Large-Value Settlement Handling Manager. ② For loan transactions, the Director of the Financial Business Bureau or the Head of a Bank of Korea Regional Headquarters shall be the Bank of Korea Loan Handling Manager. However, for overnight current account loans related to payment-specific current accounts, the Director of the Financial Settlement Bureau or the Head of a Bank of Korea Regional Headquarters shall be the Bank of Korea Loan Handling Manager, and the Director of the Financial Settlement Bureau shall be the Bank of Korea Won International Settlement Handling Manager. ③ When requested by a transaction target institution to conclude a deposit transaction agreement or a loan transaction agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Transaction Agreement"), the Bank of Korea Deposit and Loan Handling Manager, Large-Value Settlement Handling Manager, and Won International Settlement Handling Manager shall receive and approve the documents specified in each of the following items by transaction type. However, for Won International Current Account Transaction Agreements, documents in items 8 and 10 shall not be submitted.
Article 3 (Termination of Transaction Agreements) ① If a transaction target institution head intends to terminate a transaction agreement, they must submit a termination application stating the reason for termination and the termination date. ② The Bank of Korea Deposit, Large-Value Settlement, and Won International Settlement Handling Managers shall provide a notice period of at least one month when terminating a current account transaction agreement in accordance with Article 3, Paragraph 2 of the "Regulations on Current Account Transactions with Transaction Target Institutions of the Bank of Korea" (hereinafter referred to as the "Current Account Transaction Regulations"). ③ If a current account transaction agreement is terminated in accordance with Article 3, Paragraph 2 of the Current Account Transaction Regulations and Article 4, Paragraph 5 of the Guidelines, the Bank of Korea Deposit Handling Manager must also terminate the fund adjustment deposit transaction agreement and the currency stabilization account deposit transaction agreement with the relevant transaction target institution. ④ If a transaction target institution that has concluded a Won International Current Account Transaction Agreement intends to terminate a general current account transaction agreement, it must first terminate the Won International Current Account Transaction Agreement.

I hereby covenant to comply with the Bank of Korea Act, the Enforcement Decree thereof, all loan-related regulations of the Bank of Korea, and the following clauses in my loan transactions with your bank.
Article 1 (Comprehensive Collateral) All collateral already provided by me to your bank and all collateral provided in the future shall be comprehensive collateral for all my debts, regardless of whether the collateral is provided before or after the debt it secures, other than the debt secured by that collateral.
Article 2 (Debt Recovery) Your bank shall immediately offset and recover my debts that have matured, excess loan amounts due to my fault, or charges related to my debts, against my claims such as current account deposits, even without my expression of intent. If your bank deems it necessary for the preservation of its claims, such as in cases where the benefit of time is lost, it may offset claims and debts regardless of their maturity. Your bank shall notify me in writing of the contents thereof.
Article 3 (Collateral Supplement) ① If the value of the collateral provided by me to your bank falls below the standard amount determined by your bank, or if your bank recognizes that it is insufficient due to depreciation and requests supplementation, I shall immediately supplement the corresponding collateral. If I fail to do so, your bank may immediately recover all or part of the loan, even before the loan maturity.
② If I fail to perform my debt to your bank, your bank may dispose of the collateral at any time without going through legal procedures, using the method, timing, and price determined by your bank, offset all costs from the proceeds, and apply the remainder to repayment. If the amount is insufficient, I shall immediately make additional repayment. ③ When I have repaid all or part of my claims related to bills provided as collateral to your bank, I shall immediately report this to your bank, and if the collateral becomes insufficient accordingly, I shall immediately repay the related loans.

If I fail to comply, your bank may handle it according to Article 2, even before the bill maturity.

② If I fail to repay the one-day current account loan supported by your bank by the prescribed repayment deadline, your bank may convert the unpaid amount into a fund adjustment loan and recover it according to your bank's regulations, even without my separate request. ③ When unpaid one-day current account loans are converted into fund adjustment loans according to Paragraph 2, all collateral already provided or subsequently provided by me to your bank to secure my debts shall also secure the converted fund adjustment loan amount.
