Proposed: 1109 Instructions for Calculation of Employment Tax Credits (5 Del.C. §1105)

The State Bank Commissioner proposes to adopt amended Regulations 1101, 1109, and 1113 and new Regulation 1114 to conform banking franchise tax rules to recent Delaware legislative enactments. Proposed Regulation 1109 extends the Employment Tax Credit calculation instructions for bank franchise tax entities through 2011, aligning with a five-year statutory extension. Proposed Regulation 1114 introduces tax return forms and instructions for the Alternative Bank Franchise Tax under 5 Del.C. §1101A. The proposals are scheduled for adoption on or after November 2, 2006.
