Proposed: 2201 Licensed Lenders Operating Regulations
The State Bank Commissioner proposes amendments to 16 regulations governing Mortgage Loan Brokers (Chapter 21), Licensed Lenders (Chapter 22), and Financing the Sale of Motor Vehicles (Chapter 29). The proposed changes affect regulations 2101 through 2106, 2201 through 2206, and 2901 through 2904. Public comments on the proposal must be received by March 5, 2014.
