Proposed: 2301 Operating Regulation
The State Bank Commissioner proposes to amend Regulation 2301 to implement changes from House Bill 199 by requiring license applications for businesses under Title 5, Chapter 23 to be processed through the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System and Registry. The proposal mandates that applicants submit applications and fees, including a $172.50 investigation fee, a $230.00 annual licensing fee, and system processing fees, via this automated system. It also authorizes the System to process applications, collect payments, and share applicant information with other participating states, while maintaining existing requirements for record retention, examination fee payments within 30 days, and response to examination violations within 30 days.
