The provision modifies the dispositions of August 25, 2015, as modified by the provision of August 10, 2016, introducing new cases of exclusion from the reporting obligations provided for by the dispositions in paragraph 2.2. The provision enters into force 15 days after the date of publication in the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic; it was published in the Official Gazette General Series no. 284 of 14-11-2020
