PS23/10: FCA regulated fees and levies 2023/24
The FCA sets the 2023/24 periodic regulatory fees and levies for the Financial Conduct Authority, the Financial Ombudsman Service, and levies collected on behalf of government departments. The annual funding requirement is fixed at £681.8m, with a £52.5m rebate from financial penalties reducing total fees payable to £629.3m. Minimum, flat rate, and application fees are frozen at 2022/23 levels, while variable periodic fees are adjusted based on finalized tariff data and specific credits, including a £1.6m reduction for the claims management company fee-block.
