The Securities Commission of The Bahamas warns that Creators Alliance and its agents are unregistered and operating an unlawful multi-level recruitment scheme in The Bahamas. The entity’s model, which requires an upfront investment for daily income generated by watching videos, exhibits the characteristics of a pyramid scheme defined as a Financial Scheme under the Financial and Corporate Service Providers Act, 2020. The public is advised to avoid conducting business with Creators Alliance due to the high risk of financial loss and potential criminal prosecution associated with such unlawful operations.
