Public Notice No. 3 of 2024 – Winding Up Petition for MDollaz Ltd. dba ArawakX and Related Matters
The Supreme Court of The Bahamas has granted the Securities Commission’s application for the court-supervised provisional liquidation of MDollaz Ltd., dba ArawakX, appointing Mr. Ed Rahming and Ms. Cheryl Simms as joint provisional liquidators. All persons with claims against or business interests in the company are urged to contact the liquidators, while investors are advised to retain evidence of their investments to facilitate the reconciliation of registers. The Commission’s regulatory petition to formally wind up the company is scheduled to be heard in the Supreme Court on 11 and 12 March 2024.
