FMA seeks liquidation of additional Chance Voight entities

The Financial Markets Authority has applied to the High Court to liquidate 25 additional entities associated with the Chance Voight Group due to serious concerns regarding management and financial obligations. This action follows a previous December 2025 application targeting the group's parent company and five subsidiaries, for which interim liquidators have been appointed and a hearing is scheduled for June 2026. The regulator is also seeking to lift a suppression order on an interim liquidators' report to disclose preliminary investigative findings to the public, though the report remains suppressed until mid-April 2026.
