The Securities Commission of The Bahamas identifies 19 entities, including BMVEX MARKETS LIMITED and ROBINHOODREAL MARKETS LIMITED, as unregistered and unlicensed to conduct securities or digital asset trading activities within The Bahamas. The Commission warns that these entities falsely claim authorization and that any registrable activities they conduct constitute a violation of the Securities Industry Act, 2011, and related statutes. The public is advised to exercise extreme caution, verify entity status via the Commission’s official registry, and report complaints to the Enforcement Department.
