Publication of a Revised Application Form for Professional Investor Funds
The MFSA publishes a revised application form, Form AA36, for applicants seeking authorization as Professional Investor Funds (PIFs). This revision removes concepts not applicable to PIFs under the Investment Services Rules and serves as the first step in streamlining forms across different fund regimes. The previous form, Form AA07, remains acceptable for PIF submissions until 15 April 2022, after which only Form AA36 will be accepted starting from 18 April 2022.
