Freeze and unfreeze instructions by Participants for these encumbrances are subject to 100% concurrent audit. Depository Participants must not facilitate or be party to any encumbrance outside the Depository system. Depositories must implement these provisions within one month, amend bye-laws and rules as necessary, carry out system changes, disseminate the circular on their website, and report implementation status to SEBI in their Monthly Development Report.
