Redressal of investor grievances through SEBI Complaints Redress System (SCORES) platform

Listed companies and SEBI-registered intermediaries must obtain SCORES credentials within one month of listing, submit Form-A or Form-B, and resolve grievances within thirty days. They must upload Action Taken Reports and proof of reply to SCORES, keeping complainants informed. Stock Brokers, Sub-Brokers, and Depository Participants are exempt from SCORES authentication, as complaints route through Stock Exchanges or Depositories. Failure to obtain credentials or file reports within thirty days constitutes non-redressal and failure to furnish information. This circular rescinds prior related circulars.
