Regarding the Authorization of the Reorganization of JSC „CUNAC” from a Joint-Stock Company to a Limited Liability Company
The National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF) authorized the transformation of joint-stock company „CUNAC” into a limited liability company, approving the complete application and supporting documents submitted in July and August 2024. This decision, issued on 28 August 2024 under relevant corporate and civil legislation, takes effect immediately upon adoption and is published in the Official Monitor and on the CNPF website. The ruling may be appealed by submitting a prior application to the Commission within 30 days of notification.
