Regarding the authorization of the reorganization

of the joint-stock company „CUNAC” JSC from a joint-stock company to a limited liability company

Following the examination of the application submitted by the joint-stock company „CUNAC” (26.07.2024) regarding the authorization of reorganization by transformation, as well as the related documents submitted in full volume on 20.08.2024, pursuant to Article 92 and Article 97 of Law No. 1134/1997 on joint-stock companies, Articles 204 and 222 of the Civil Code, Article 21 para. (1) lit. g) of Law No. 220/2007 on the state registration of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs, Article 20 para. (1) and Article 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Commission of the Financial Market, points 9 and 19 of the Regulation on the authorization of reorganization of joint-stock companies (CNPF Decision No. 23/1/2021), points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),

The National Commission of the Financial Market DECIDES:

1. The reorganization by transformation into a limited liability company of the joint-stock company „CUNAC” (IDNO 1003600168160, MD-2069, Chișinău city, Calea Ieșilor str., 14/2) is authorized.
2. This Decision may be appealed by submitting a prior application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt blvd., No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.
3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
