Registered Bank Disclosure Statements (Overseas Incorporated Registered Banks) Order 2014
The Reserve Bank of New Zealand issued this Order to establish disclosure requirements for registered banks incorporated outside New Zealand. It mandates that these banks produce audited full-year and half-year disclosure statements containing specific financial and risk information. The Order also permits the use of overseas financial statements as disclosure statements if they meet local domicile reporting standards and are publicly available.
