ON REGISTERING THE AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES OF THE "SMART OFFERS CJSC SMART INVESTMENTS FUND" INTERVAL-TYPE NON-PUBLIC CONTRACTUAL INVESTMENT FUND

Guided by Article 2(3) and point "29" of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On the Central Bank of Armenia", and Article 24(4) of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Investment Funds", taking into account that "SMART OFFERS" CJSC applied on 14 November, 8 December, 22 December, 29 December and 30 December 2025, and on 8 January 2026 with a request to register the amendments to the Rules of the "SMART OFFERS CJSC SMART INVESTMENTS FUND" interval-type non-public contractual investment fund, based on the opinion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 1 dated 7 January 2026), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

R E S O L V E S:

1. To register the Rules of the "SMART OFFERS CJSC SMART INVESTMENTS FUND" interval-type non-public contractual investment fund in a new wording.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the day of its entry into the records of "SMART OFFERS" CJSC or its delivery to a duly authorized representative of "SMART OFFERS" CJSC, as prescribed.
