Registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of „CENTRUL II” SA
The National Commission of the Financial Market issued Decision No. 41/4 on 10 September 2024 to officially register „CENTRUL II” SA Production Company’s additional issuance of 10,000,000 ordinary registered shares in the Register of Securities Issuers. This registration increases the company’s share capital to 29,000,000 lei and reflects funding from monetary means and converted creditor debts. The decision takes effect upon adoption, is published in the Official Monitor and on the CNPF website, and permits a 30-day appeal period.
