On Registration of Amendments to the Rules of the “A 3” Non-Public Interval Contractual Investment Fund of “A 3” Limited Liability Company

Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“it”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,” and Article 24 (4) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”;

Whereas “A 3” Limited Liability Company applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on June 3, 2025, and June 5, 2025, with a request to register amendments to the rules of the “A 3” Non-Public Interval Contractual Investment Fund; and

In view of the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 35, dated August 6, 2025),

the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

E n a c t s:

To register the amendments to the rules of the “A 3” Non-Public Interval Contractual Investment Fund of “A 3” Limited Liability Company.

This resolution to enter into force on the day following either the submission to, or the delivery to the duly authorized person of, “A 3” Limited Liability Company in accordance with the established procedure.
