Registration of Rules for Pre-IPO (Two) Fund by Glocal CJSC
The Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Board Resolution No. 19 A on February 11, 2025, to formally register the Rules of the Pre-IPO (Two) Fund. This regulatory action approves the establishment of the Non-Public, Closed, Contractual Investment Fund managed by Glocal CJSC, following the company's application submitted on January 30, 2025. The resolution became effective immediately upon adoption, thereby granting the fund official status under Armenian financial regulations.
