(3), Art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (NFC Decision No. 13/10/2018) and pts. 16, pts. 19 and pts. 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Commission (NFC Decision No. 57/11/2022), The National Financial Commission DECIDES:

1. The securities in accordance with the report on the results of the second issuance of bonds, within the framework of the Offer Program (IV), of the Commercial Bank "MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK" SA (IDNO 1002600003778, MD-2012, Chisinau, 31 August 1989 St., No. 127), in the amount of 124,840,000 lei, in the number of 6,242 sixth-class registered bonds, with a nominal value of 20,000 lei per bond, with a circulation term of 3 years, with a floating interest rate, connected to the weighted average interest rate on new deposits attracted in total in the banking sector (in national currency), with a term from 6 to 12 months, published on the official website of the National Bank of Moldova (www.bnm.md) on the date of the first day of the public offer period (30.03.2026) and which is modified annually on the same date (month and day) + a fixed margin of 1.0%, being paid monthly, with the ISIN code MD1004000243, are registered in the Register of Issuers of Securities.
2. The Commercial Bank "MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK" SA, on each date of annual modification of the interest rate, in accordance with the provisions of the prospectus, will make public, in the same manner established for the publication of the prospectus, a notice, specifying the concrete annual interest rate, modified in accordance with point 1.
3. This Decision may be contested by filing a preliminary application to the NFC (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.
4. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the NFC (www.cnpf.md).
