Regulation on Information Disclosure by Asset Management Companies and Non-State Pension Fund Managers, and Document Submission to the National Securities and Stock Market Commission
The National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine approves a new regulation governing the preparation, disclosure, and submission of reporting data by asset management companies managing institutional investors' assets. This regulation supersedes Decision No. 1343 of October 2, 2012, and establishes specific requirements for daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual data submissions, including net asset value reports and financial statements. The new rules enter into force on October 1, 2026, or the day following official publication, whichever is later, with transitional provisions allowing Q3 2026 data to be submitted under the previous regulation.
