REGULATION on the application of the Guidelines specifying the criteria for the identification of activities referred to in Article 4(1)(18) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013
Banka Slovenije sets out the application of the European Banking Authority's Guidelines (EBA/GL/2026/01), which specify criteria for identifying activities relevant to defining an ancillary services undertaking under Article 4(1)(18) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013. This regulation requires banks, savings banks, and credit undertakings supervised by Banka Slovenije to fully account for the guidelines' provisions addressed to them. Banka Slovenije must also fully account for the guidelines when exercising its supervisory powers and tasks over these institutions. The regulation entered into force on April 30, 2026, and applies from May 4, 2026.
