Regulation on the documentation for the granting of an authorisation to include a capital instrument in the calculation of the own funds of banks and the documentation on subsequent issuances of instruments
This Regulation sets forth the detailed documentation that banks, savings banks, and credit undertakings must enclose with requests for authorization to include capital instruments in their own funds calculation, covering Common Equity Tier 1, Additional Tier 1, and Tier 2 instruments. It also specifies the documentation and a minimum 20-day deadline for notifying Banka Slovenije of subsequent issuances of Common Equity Tier 1 instruments before their classification. This regulation repeals the previous "Regulation on the documentation for the granting of an authorisation to include a capital instrument in the calculation of the capital of banks and savings banks and the documentation on subsequent issuances of instruments" and enters into force on the fifteenth day after its publication.
