Regulation to amend Regulation 13-102 respecting System Fees
The Government of Québec, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, approved the Autorité des marchés financiers's Regulation to amend Regulation 13-102 respecting System Fees. The amendment introduces a definition for "WKSI base shelf prospectus" and updates the fee structure in Appendices A and B to apply to filings transmitted through SEDAR+. New system fees are established for various securities filings, including registration applications, annual financial statements, prospectuses, and circulars, with amounts increasing annually from November 28, 2025, onwards.
