Regulation to amend Regulation 43-101 respecting Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects
The Minister of Finance of Quebec approved regulations made by the Autorité des marchés financiers to update concordant securities regulations. The specific amendment to Regulation 43-101 replaces references to the legacy SEDAR system with SEDAR+ within the Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects.
