Finansinspektionen prescribes pursuant to section 2, points 1 and 5 of the Supplemental Provisions for the EU Regulation on a pan-European Personal Pension Product (PEPP) Ordinance (2022:1765) that a new section, Chapter 10, section 4, and a new heading immediately preceding Chapter 10, section 4, shall be inserted into Finansinspektionen’s regulations (FFFS 2013:2) regarding alternative investment fund managers with the following wording.
