Finansinspektionen prescribes pursuant to section 2, points 1 and 5 of the Supplemental Provisions for the EU Regulation on a pan-European Personal Pension Product (PEPP) Ordinance (2022:1765) that a new section, Chapter 1, section 1a, shall be inserted into Finansinspektionen’s regulations and general guidelines (FFFS 2015:13) regarding supervisory reporting for insurance business with the following wording.

Section 1a For insurance undertakings that are PEPP providers pursuant to
Regulation (EU) 2019/1238 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2019 on a pan-European Personal Pension Product (PEPP), there are additional provisions set out in Finansinspektionen’s regulations (FFFS 2022:20) regarding a pan-European personal pension product. _______________ These regulations shall enter into force on 01 January 2023.
