Regulations on Disclosure of Information by the Stock Exchange
The State Committee for Securities of Azerbaijan issued Resolution 31-q to establish comprehensive disclosure requirements for the national stock exchange. The regulations mandate continuous pre-trade publication of order books, quotes, and repo parameters, alongside end-of-day summaries and monthly or annual reports detailing deal volumes, prices, and derivative instruments. Furthermore, the framework ensures equal access for members, permits paid real-time data feeds to non-members, and empowers the Committee to postpone disclosures that could destabilize financial markets.
