REIT Fund Rating Assessment Framework
The Pakistan Credit Rating Agency (PACRA) has issued a comprehensive assessment framework to assign REIT Fund Ratings to Developmental and Hybrid real estate investment trusts. The methodology requires evaluating five core factors—Profile, Economic and Industry Risk, Asset Quality, Financial Risk, and Management Review—to determine the likelihood of successful project implementation and asset value stability.
