The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia approves the acceptance of overdue installments for the reprogrammed credit of Cooperativa Multiactiva de Gremiales 19 de Noviembre Ltda. up to September 15, 2004, and modifies the debt service schedule from bimonthly to semiannual effective July 17, 2004, without altering the final maturity date. Additionally, the resolution grants the forgiveness of penal interest registered in the Central Bank's records as of September 15, 2004.
