Rule · BCB · 19 Jun 2006 · Resolução CMN 3373
Financial institutions may reprogram overdue or due 2006 installments for eligible agribusiness operations, conditioned on borrower requests by July 31, 2006, and formalization by September 30, 2006. Automatic reprogramming applies to cotton, rice, corn, soybeans, sorghum, or wheat producers facing price-related commercialization difficulties. Exclusions apply to coffee, sugarcane, and crops without climatic issues or price difficulties. The measure maintains normal charges and requires adherence to Resolution No. 2,682/1999 regarding credit classification. This resolution replaces Resolution No. 3,364/2006.
Dispenses with the reprogramming of overdue installments and the granting of time for payment of future installments, in 2006, of agribusiness investment operations.
